The vitamin and mineral contents that we have chosen for our formulas make it possible to combine several products because we have ensured that the vitamins and minerals which accumulate in the body are not overdosed, in order to avoid situations of overdose. . However, this is valid for adults, and it is preferable not to combine 4 to 5 programs. In the case of adolescents or children, beyond what is already indicated on the packaging.
