The maximum dose of caffeine / day recommended by health authorities is 400mg, all sources of intake combined.

The maximum recommended dosage of ZOHI Energy = 4 chewing gums, or 200mg, which leaves the possibility of ingesting an additional 200mg of caffeine via coffee, or about 4 espressos.

This depends on each person's sensitivity and habituation to caffeine.
